By creating an account or using ManaDuitnya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
ManaDuitnya provides tools to split bills among friends, create and manage invoices, track a simple product/price inventory, and collect payments through QRIS checkout links. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service evolves.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use ManaDuitnya for fraud, to collect payments for illegal goods or services, to impersonate someone else, or to otherwise abuse the service or its QRIS checkout links. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Bills, invoices, inventory items, and other content you create remain yours. By using the service, you give ManaDuitnya the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you (and to whoever you share a bill or invoice link with) so the service can work.
QRIS checkout links let you collect payments using your own registered static QRIS. ManaDuitnya is not a licensed payment institution, does not hold or move funds, and is not a party to the underlying payment. You're responsible for your own compliance as a QRIS merchant, including any obligations to your payment service provider or bank.
ManaDuitnya is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and without an uptime guarantee at this stage. We aim to keep the service reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManaDuitnya and KalaBaru Creatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss related to a QRIS payment collected through the service.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use section above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post changes here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
